SCHOOL PORTRAITS

Boutique school portraits are child-focused and completely customizable to your school. All pictures are on a backdrop pre approved school admin and are taken in natural light. The results are genuine, timeless and authentic portraits that elicit genuine emotion. We only take on a few select schools every season, to provide a superior customer service experience. We offer a variety of artistic images for parents to choose from as well as an array of high quality prints and products. There are no upfront costs to parents and no handling of order forms and money by teachers. We work with each individual school to schedule shoots any time during the school year and can provide additional services such as staff photos, web/marketing media, ID badges, yearbook images and more.

FAQ

What do you need from the school?  A csv file, including classroom rosters, daily classroom schedules, and a list of any special instructions or sensitive information you think may be pertinent.

Where do you take the pictures?  Outdoors, preferably under some type of canopy or awning, weather permitting. Photographs may be taken indoors if needed.

How do parents pay you?  The entire ordering system is hosted online. Proofs are released for viewing through an online link, and all orders and payments are processed online. No handling or money or order forms by the school.

How long does the whole process take? Proofs are released to the parents approximately 2 weeks after photoday. Parents are notifited via e-mail and/or text message when gallery is released. The order deadline will be listed for one week after proof release. Orders are processed as they are recieved and shipped directly to parents.

What does it cost for the families? Individual prints start as low as $22 and our smallest print packages are $35. We also offer custom products, such as mounted prints.

Do parents have to participate? Participation is not required. We generally photograph every child at your school, and provide proofs for each child photographed. Proofs will be provided digitally via online password protected gallery. 

Studio Policies:

• There is no obligation to order.

• Prints are only available for purchase during the ordering window for your school (1 week).

• Hi-res digital images are 300 pixels per inch (ppi). This resolution makes for good print quality.  ***To protect the privacy of students, class photos are not available in digital format.

• RAW images will not be released.

• Images are for personal use only, and are subject to copyright. Please contact the studio for commercial usage policies and rates.

• Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final

• In order to maintain images archives, fees may be charged to reopen galleries.
